To cancel the booking, you can either text us or email us with your reference number. However, you have to ensure that you cancel the reservation 48 hours before the moving day otherwise cancellation charges will be applied.

You can have the quotation regarding your order by filling the quotation form on our website. As soon as you fill the form, the price or a quotation will be shown. Moreover, we offer the email services of the quote with the reference number to ease your access.

At London Man-Van we accept both the online payment and cash on delivery methods. You can pay for the order online through any debit, credit or PayPal card. However, you have to ensure the payment before the 24 hrs. of delivery. Furthermore, for the cash at delivery, we stress on making the payment before unloading of the order.

Well, for the heavy transportation, you will need at least two men. You can enhance the number of workers to reduce the time and improve the efficiency.

The size of the van entirely depends on the material to be moved. The more items you need to shift the bigger you required. At our website, we have provided the list of vehicles with the size information to help you make the best choice.

The confirmation of the order depends on the timing of your order placement. During office hours well confirm every order within 15-30 minutes of placing. However, if you have laced an order with us after the office hours we will confirm your order on the next working day.

Most of the time you get the same van which you ordered. However, sometimes we show up at customers place with bigger vans for our convenience, but the customers do not have to pay for the bigger van.

It depends on the distance that we need to cover. If the pickup or drop off is within 10 miles, then no charges will apply however for the distance more than 10 miles an extra charge of fuel mileage will be added.

If you want to make a prior deposit, then you can do so by getting to the Pay Deposit page. For the transportation service outside the London M25, a deposit of 30% will be required.

We offer the free of cost travailing of one or two passengers in the van. However, you have to contact the customer care if more than one person needs to travel in the van. For the single or two passengers, we charge no extra fee or charges.

Well, yes you can make changes in the order delivery time and place. However, you have to contact us for the necessary changes 48 hours before the predefined time and date.
